Communication

Confidentiality
We take every precaution to ensure the participant privacy is maintained during the screening process. Individual participant results will NOT be shared with the employer. An aggregate (combined) summary and report of all participants will be given to the employer to identify appropriate wellness programs to improve the overall health of the company’s workforce.
Risk Reduction
The most effective interventions for reducing incidence of disease and disability are those that address personal health practices. Based on the aggregate report and identified group health problems…specific interventions or programs can be implemented for reducing both individual and group risks.
